Guides drawn from the product itself.

No filler. Each guide explains how a part of PowerOne actually works, so you can judge whether it fits.

Guide 01

Order-to-cash, explained

In PowerOne a sale moves through six steps. Each one builds on the record before it, so nothing is typed twice.

  1. 1. EnquiryEvery customer enquiry is captured and followed through.
  2. 2. QuotationOffers go out clearly, and every change stays on record.
  3. 3. OrderAccepted business becomes confirmed work, once.
  4. 4. FulfilmentDelivery stays visible, so promises are kept.
  5. 5. InvoiceBilling follows directly from what was agreed.
  6. 6. CollectionPayments and follow-ups stay with the customer.

Your setup checklist

Guided setup walks you through five phases. A readiness check confirms you are ready before your first quotation.

  1. 1Set up your businessYour name, address, logo, GSTIN and state, then your tax settings and financial-year numbering prefixes.
  2. 2Configure your operationsChoose Products, Services or Both. You can switch later without a migration.
  3. 3Bring in existing dataImport your existing customers, suppliers and products from simple files, previewed before anything is saved.
  4. 4Invite your teamAdd people with one of five role presets, so each person sees only what they need.
  5. 5Start workingA readiness check confirms what is set up. Then you send your first quotation.

Guide 03

GST and the accountant handoff

Products carry an HSN or SAC code and a GST rate. When an invoice is generated, PowerOne checks the place of supply to decide between intra-state tax (CGST and SGST) and inter-state tax (IGST). A document with the wrong treatment is refused, with a link to fix it.

Numbers follow your financial year and your prefixes, with no duplicates or gaps. GSTIN and PAN problems raise warnings rather than blocking your work.

For month-end, the accountant handoff produces registers, a GSTR-1-shaped summary, a reconciliation and a Tally XML export for a date range. PowerOne does not replace your accounting software or keep a general ledger.

Guide 04

What PowerOne doesn’t do

Good software knows its limits. PowerOne does not provide a general ledger, statutory payroll (PF, ESI, TDS), retail point-of-sale, manufacturing (BOMs, batches, expiry) or automated actions that commit stock, money or promises. Field service management is planned as an add-on and is not available today.
