Role-based access
Five presets: Owner, Sales, Purchase & Stock, Accounts and Employee. Users see only the workspaces and tabs their role allows.
Two-factor sign-in
Authenticator-app two-factor sign-in, with lockout after repeated failed attempts.
Auditability
A timeline on each record and an audit log of sensitive changes, so you can see who did what.
Controlled reversals
Corrections are recorded as reversals with a name and a reason. Payments are voided, never deleted.
Document access control
Documents are classified public, internal, private or confidential, and served only through signed links that expire within minutes.
Your data stays exportable
Full CSV export of your records, available at any time.
Duplicate protection
A double click or a network retry does not create a second order, invoice or payment.
